Well, these are the pictures from my 20 PSI burn down. Looks like the machine shop took a little more material off the head than I thought. The intake valves are kissing the pistons. Guess I need to get another Metal layered Head gasket to stack on this bad boy.
Here is a little better shot of the deshrouded valves and the polished combustion chamber.
Bottom side of my head just after dropping it on the ground. I love the Allen sockets in the ARP studs, makes it so much easier to get the damn head off.... The Raceware studs were missing this little conviniance.
Doesn't seemed to have injured the head this time. There is a ton of small piston chunks all over this cylinder.
Nothing like a little Aluminium coating to clean up those scratches...
Damn it! I am running out of people who need ashtrays to give my old blown pistons!
