These pictures are from the fabrication shop.  Everything is about ready to be welded up, all the fitting is finished.   We are waiting on a lip roller to run around the piping so the hoses don't slip off under boost.  The Intercooler is a core from a 3.8 SC T-bird.  If it weren't for the howling this compressor is going to make, it would be a great sleeper.  Click on the images for larger pictures.  This car should be back on the road by the end of May.  Everything has been  cut with a band saw, ground and polished with a belt/disc sander.  All the welds were done with a TIG welder.  Once the pipes have been welded, the welds will be ground down flat and then will get powder coated.
